Tonnelier Media LLC — Marketing, multimedia & software

We build
the thing
that fixes it.

Marketing, advertising, and tech development — campaigns that sell, and the software that runs the place behind them. All of it done with transparency: email us what's broken, and if we can fix it, we will — then we'll tell you exactly how we did it.

01
The unfair advantage

Years inside the business. Not adjacent to it.

We've spent years working inside successful companies — the phones, the leads, the paperwork, the ad spend, the reporting, every unglamorous subsection nobody puts on a slide. For most of those years there was no developer to hand a problem to. So the problems got solved by hand, over and over, until the exact shape of every one of them was memorized.

That is the foundation, and it is the part that can't be shortcut. You cannot read your way into knowing which report actually gets opened on Monday morning, or which field in the intake form is the one that quietly costs you deals.

The tooling is the multiplier. The years are the reason we know what to point it at.

The second half is hundreds of hours building with Claude — Anthropic's AI development environment — as a working partner rather than a novelty. It is a genuinely new way to learn and ship, it moved faster than any curriculum could follow, and there is no certificate for it yet. There is only output.

We work across Claude, Grok, OpenAI and Gemini, and we use whichever one is best for the job in front of us. We're not loyal to a logo. Each of them is genuinely better at certain things, the rankings change every few months, and picking the right tool for the task is precisely the part you're hiring us for — you shouldn't have to know or care which one ended up doing it.

This isn't a shot at anyone's education. Formal programs teach a foundation that takes years to revise, and the ground moved in months. The practical result is simply this: a campaign with a full site behind it, live in twenty-four to forty-eight hours, built by someone who already understood the business before a line of it was written.

Built and running

Eight things we've already shipped, with the names filed off.

Every one of these exists, is in use, and belongs to someone. That's why there are no logos on this page — discretion is part of the service, not an afterthought.

01 / Live operations

Live operations dashboards

Maps, sparklines and KPI gauges across dozens of locations, refreshing on their own so nobody has to build the Monday deck.

02 / Reporting

Reports parsed out of the mess

Raw inboxes, call logs and spreadsheets read automatically and turned into a scheduled report a human can actually act on — sent before anyone asks for it.

03 / Intelligence

Lead & contact parsing

Messy contact data scored for confidence and handed clean to the CRM or the dialer.

04 / Telephony

Call platforms, wired in

Dialers connected to the same pipeline that feeds the reporting, so the numbers agree with each other.

05 / Automation

Paperwork that fills itself

Permits, letters and recurring compliance documents generated on a schedule instead of a person's afternoon.

06 / Internal tools

Desktop & web utilities

One-off internal software shaped around one team's actual workflow — the small ugly job that no commercial product wants to do properly.

07 / Campaigns

Ad performance in plain language

Years running Meta's platform hands-on — objectives, audiences, pacing, creative rotation — reported back as what's converting and what to lean into, not a wall of metrics.

08 / Creative operations & broadcast

Full-format creative, plus things that just run

Video, photography and graphics produced end to end — cut in Sony Vegas and CapCut, laid out in Canva, and built as multi-layer compositions pulling in external footage, stock, audio and motion. Brand assets resized and reformatted across every channel without redoing the work six times.

Plus standalone products of our own: an always-on ambient broadcast channel with live radar and generative audio that maintains itself, and a direct-mail platform running an entire industry's outbound for its operators.

Client work stays unnamed. Ours doesn't — these two are our own, they're live right now, and you can go poke at them before you trust us with anything.

We build our own products for the same reason a chef eats their own cooking. If it breaks at three in the morning, it's us who finds out.

03
Sound familiar?

If you've said any of these out loud, that's the job.

No technical words needed. This is the language people actually email us in — and the thing we'd build for it.

“I've got a spreadsheet three people update and it's always wrong.”

One source of truth, with an entry form that won't accept nonsense. Everyone reads the same numbers, and you can see who changed what.

“Someone retypes orders out of email into our system every morning.”

A reader that pulls the fields out of those emails automatically and writes them straight in. The morning job disappears, and so do the typos.

“I've got a 40-tab Excel workbook and I'm the only one who understands it.”

We turn the workbook into a small app anyone on the team can run. The formulas become rules nobody can accidentally overwrite, and the business stops being fragile when you're on holiday.

“We copy customer details between two systems that don't talk.”

A quiet connector that copies it continuously in the background. The two systems stop disagreeing about reality.

“Month-end takes two full days.”

The report builds itself overnight and lands in your inbox before Monday starts, with every figure traceable back to the row it came from.

“Our quotes are done by hand in Word and they all look different.”

A quote builder: pick the line items, pricing calculates itself, a branded PDF comes out the other end. Same look every time, no maths errors.

“Timesheets come in on paper and someone adds them up.”

Crew log hours from their phone, totals calculate themselves, and payroll gets a file it can import instead of a pile to key in.

“Job photos are scattered across everyone's phones.”

Upload from the phone on site, filed automatically by job and date, findable two years later when somebody disputes the work.

“The same compliance forms, every single month.”

Generated on a schedule from one authoritative source. Correct by construction instead of by proofreading.

“Enquiries come in from five places and some just get lost.”

Everything lands in one list with a status attached. Anything untouched for a day makes a noise. Usually the cheapest revenue increase available to a business.

“Our stock count is honestly a guess.”

Count from a phone, reconciled against what the system thinks you have, with the differences flagged rather than quietly averaged away.

“I can't tell which advertising actually made money.”

Tracking that ties spend to real sales, and a monthly page written in English that says what's working and what to switch off.

Worked examples, start to finish

The shape of a real job: who they are, what was hurting, what we built, and how long it took.

3 days

A landscaping company running 12 crews

Crews handed in paper timesheets. The office manager spent most of Monday adding them up and rekeying them into payroll, and the hours were often wrong by the time anyone noticed.

We built a phone form the crew leads fill in from the truck. Hours total themselves, overtime rules apply automatically, and payroll gets a file it can import. Monday morning went from four hours to about ten minutes.

2 days

An HVAC contractor quoting 20–30 jobs a week

Every quote was built by hand in Word. They all looked slightly different, the maths was occasionally wrong, and a quote took 25 minutes to produce.

A quote builder: pick the line items, pricing and tax calculate themselves, and a branded PDF comes out ready to send. Same look every time. Quotes now take about two minutes, which meant they started quoting jobs they'd previously let go.

4 days

A dental practice with three front-desk staff

Enquiries arrived by phone, website form, email and Facebook. There was no single list, so some were answered twice and some never at all.

One inbox everything funnels into, each enquiry with an owner and a status. Anything untouched for 24 hours raises a flag. They found eleven unanswered enquiries in the first week — which paid for the build several times over.

1 week

A small fleet operator dispatching 18 vehicles

Dispatch ran on a shared spreadsheet that three people edited at once. It regularly overwrote itself, and drivers were working from screenshots sent over text.

A live dispatch board the office edits and drivers read on their phones. One source of truth, changes visible instantly, and a record of who moved what and when.

3 days

A property manager with 140 units

The same compliance letters and notices went out every month, typed by hand from a template that had quietly drifted out of date.

Documents generated on a schedule from one authoritative list, correct by construction. Template changes happen in one place instead of forty. Roughly a day a month came back.

2 days

A retailer spending on ads with no idea what worked

The ad account reported clicks and "engagement". Nobody could connect any of it to an actual sale, so budget decisions were guesses.

Tracking wired from ad spend through to real orders, plus a monthly page in plain English saying what earned its money and what to switch off. They cut a third of their spend without losing sales.

48 hours

A trades business with no website and a campaign to launch

They wanted to run ads in a fortnight and had nowhere to send the traffic. Agency quotes came back at several thousand and six weeks.

A full site with the campaign landing pages behind it, live in two days, with tracking already wired in so the first ad dollar was measured. They own the files outright.

1 day

An accountant drowning in client spreadsheets

Fourteen clients each sent a differently formatted spreadsheet every month, and reconciling them into one format was a full day of copy-paste.

An importer that reads all fourteen layouts and normalises them into one. The day became a five-minute upload — the single fastest payback we've delivered.

03
How is it this affordable?

I didn't go to censored college.

There is no tuition priced into this. There's also no account manager, no strategist who joins the call to nod, and no billable-hour theater. You are paying for the work and the hours the work actually took.

Independent development and programming consultation has shown no mercy — to companies of any size or margin. That imbalance is exactly what holds the going rate where it is. We're using what's genuinely available in 2026 to do the same work for roughly a quarter of it, and passing the difference down instead of pocketing it.

We will not milk you for your every last cent.

That's not cool.

Charge a fair price, do the work, hand it over finished. There isn't a second act where the price goes up because you're already committed.

The disproportion

The rate never came down. The cost of the work did.

Same brief. Same deliverable. The difference is overhead, and who keeps the savings when the tooling improves.

Illustrative of typical quotes we're asked to beat, not a fixed price list. Every job gets a real number and a plain explanation of what we'd be doing — both before we actually do anything.

05
The deal, in full

We know what our time is worth. We know what yours is worth too.

01

You tell us the problem. That's the whole intake.

No discovery call to schedule a discovery call. Describe what's broken, what's slow, or what you wish existed — in your own words, in an email. No harm in asking.

02

You'll usually hear back within 48 hours.

Whatever you've sent us to automate, streamline or improve, you get a real reply — from a person, not an autoresponder — and it's almost always inside two days. We check on our end, against our own tools, before we say a word about money. If it turns out we can't solve it, you get told plainly and it costs you nothing, and where we can we'll point you at who or what actually can.

03

You get a price before anything starts. A reasonable one.

A real number, up front, agreed before a line of work happens. No hourly meter running in the background, no scope discovered halfway through, no invoice that surprises anybody.

04

You also get the plan, in advance and in plain English.

How we intend to fix it and what exactly we're going to build — explained before you commit, not after. And it's built so that it does not depend on us to keep running. When it's finished, it's finished, and it's yours.

05

No curtain. We tell you exactly how it was done.

We're removing the curtain

Every tool named · every method explained · nothing held back

With the final receipt we include a written explanation of what has been built, along with the information on how it works — the steps we took, the tools we used, and exactly how it was set up. That document is yours to keep. The solution stays with you forever, whether you ever come back to us or not.

Withholding that to manufacture dependence is a business model, and it's one we find professionally and morally unacceptable. We'd rather earn year five than lock you into year one.

06

Want us around more often? $150 a month.

If you're happy with the work and you'd rather have us on hand than raise a new job every time, you can keep us on retainer for $150 a month: priority on your replies, small tweaks and adjustments as they come up, and a periodic look over what we built to keep it running as the business changes around it. Bigger builds still get quoted separately, so the monthly never quietly becomes the bill.

It's optional, and it always will be. Nothing we build requires it, and we'd rather you took it because it's worth having than because you're stuck.

07

We'll do just about anything. Nothing illegal or weird though.

The subject matter genuinely doesn't matter to us. If it's a problem and it has a shape, it can be solved. Most of the interesting work has arrived described as "this is probably stupid, but —".

06
Why we bother

Everyone here is wired the same way: your money going up is the scoreboard. Not deliverables filed, not hours logged — whether the business is measurably better off than it was before we showed up.

We think almost everything we'll ever earn comes from relationships that last years rather than invoices that land once, which makes the incentive very simple. If it doesn't work, we don't get the next five years of it.

AI is eating entry-level work. We would rather it be distributed than hoarded.

Putting this kind of capability in reach of ordinary businesses — and doing it at a price that doesn't require a funding round — is how people stay employed on the other side of this change instead of being priced out of their own industry. It happens to also make your company cheaper to run. Those two things aren't in conflict, and we've never understood why the industry acts like they are.

We measure success by two things: that this company is still operating, and that the work is good. That's it. Well — three things. Whether there are candles burning in the house the last week of the month is also a fairly honest metric, and we'd rather tell you that than pretend we're an institution.

We have a good time.

We'll even call you to say good night on occasion, if that keeps the lights on.

That part isn't filler. You're going to be emailing back and forth with us, possibly for years. It should be enjoyable. The work is serious; we don't have to be insufferable about it.

One email. That's the entire funnel.

What's the
problem?

Tell us. No harm in askin'.

Whatever's broken, slow, or missing — describe it in your own words. You'll usually hear back within 48 hours with whether we can do it, the plan, what we'd build, and a real number, before anything starts. If we can't help, you'll hear that instead, and finding out costs you nothing.
