OperationsDataWeb

Multi-location operations dashboard

Role — sole designer, developer and operator

A regional operation was assembling its weekly performance picture by hand: several spreadsheets, a call log export, and a manual roll-up that consumed most of a day and was stale by the time it circulated.

Replaced with a live dashboard covering every location — map view, per-site KPI gauges, and trend sparklines that refresh on their own. The Monday roll-up stopped being a task.

What it replaced
A recurring manual reporting day, plus the disagreements caused by three sources of truth.
What it does now
Runs unattended. Anyone with the link sees current numbers instead of requesting them.
AutomationAI parsingReporting

Scheduled reporting built from unstructured sources

Role — architecture, parsing pipeline, delivery

The underlying data existed only as raw material: inbound email, call logs, and inconsistent spreadsheets from multiple sources with no shared format.

Built a pipeline that reads those sources, normalizes them, and produces a scheduled report written in plain language — delivered before anyone thinks to ask for it, with the source rows still traceable behind every figure.

The hard part
Not the parsing — the reconciliation. Deciding which source wins when three disagree is a business rule, not a technical one, and it had to be captured from people who had never written it down.
What it does now
Sends on a schedule. Exceptions are flagged rather than silently averaged away.
Lead opsCRMTelephony

Lead intelligence and dialer integration

Role — data modeling, scoring, integration

Contact data arrived from several channels in varying quality. Sales time was being spent on records that were never going to connect.

Built parsing and confidence scoring that cleans and ranks records before they reach the CRM, then wired the dialer into the same pipeline that feeds reporting — so call activity and performance numbers finally described the same reality.

What it replaced
Manual list cleanup, and a permanent argument about whose numbers were correct.
What it does now
Scores on ingest. Low-confidence records are held back rather than dialed.
DocumentsCompliance

Document and compliance generation

Role — templating system, generation, scheduling

Recurring paperwork — permits, letters, compliance filings — was being produced by hand from templates that drifted out of sync, with the associated transcription errors.

Built a generation system driven by one authoritative data source. Documents are produced on schedule, consistently formatted, and correct by construction rather than by proofreading.

What it replaced
A recurring afternoon of copy-paste, and the error rate that came with it.
What it does now
Generates unattended. Template changes happen in one place.
ProductSaaSDirect mail

Direct-mail platform for a trade industry

Role — full product: design, build, deployment, operations

An entire outbound direct-mail workflow for operators in one trade — built as a product rather than a one-off, and now running live with real operators against real mail volume.

Covers the full path from list through generated correspondence to dispatch, with an operator-facing admin behind it. Currently being extended toward multi-tenancy and self-service billing.

Notable
Shipped to production in defined milestones rather than one release, so it was usable and earning before it was finished.

ProductBroadcastRealtime

Always-on ambient broadcast channel

Role — full product: design, engineering, deployment

A continuously running broadcast-style channel: live weather data, animated radar, satellite mapping, generative audio and a scheduled music bed — assembled into something that plays indefinitely without a human touching it.

Included because it demonstrates the harder half of this work: not building a thing, but building a thing that keeps running correctly when nobody is watching it.

Constraint
Runs on a small shared server. Every feature had to survive that budget, which is a useful discipline.
What it does now
Runs 24/7, unattended, self-updating from live data sources.

Paid mediaMetaCreative

Paid social campaign management

Role — hands-on campaign operation and reporting

Years operating Meta's advertising platform directly inside businesses — campaign objectives, audience construction, budget pacing, and creative rotation — rather than advising on it from outside.

Paired with reporting that says what is converting and what to lean into, in language a business owner can act on without a translation layer.

Position
Modern tooling absorbs campaign detail well. The value is a person accountable for keeping it inside real-world bounds, which is a judgment problem, not a compute one.
Internal toolsDesktopWeb

Custom internal utilities

Role — discovery through delivery

A series of small desktop and web utilities shaped around one team's specific workflow — the narrow, unglamorous jobs no commercial product handles properly because the market for each is exactly one company.

This is usually where the fastest return is. The work is small, the brief is precise, and the time it gives back is immediate and measurable.

Typical turnaround
Days, not quarters. Several were specified and delivered inside 48 hours.

How an engagement runs

No surprises, by design
01

You describe the problem

In an email, in your own words. No discovery call scheduled to schedule a discovery call.

02

We confirm we can do it

Checked against our own tooling before money is discussed. If we can't, you're told plainly and it costs nothing.

03

You get a price and a plan

A real number and a plain-English description of what will be built — agreed before any work starts.

04

We build it to run without us

No dependency engineered in. On delivery you get the tools used and how it works, in writing.

If you've got something broken, it costs nothing to ask.

Describe it in an email. You'll get an honest answer about whether we can solve it, and if we can, what it would cost — before anything begins.
